Can't say enough good things. I stuffed my bag with old clothes and blankets and it is awesome. Good response pop when I throw the jab and cross, but it is even better for my hooks. I'm orthodox so the right hook can be tricky on a regular bag, but this one allows me to roll the right hook into it without squaring up or having to wind up. Worth every penny! Same bag at Title is 3 times more filled.
