This product real head target on your punching, gives you realistic place to land punches where an opponent’s head would normally be.
Made of heavy duty polyester coated vinyl, it is attached to heavy bags with 2.5 inches heavy duty adjustable nylon web straps to avoid slipping, it can be adjusted to almost any size heavy bag, great product for straight punches, uppercut cut and hooks, may require time to time to re-adjustment on the heavy bags depending on how often this product is used.
