Molded Muay Thai-style shin and instep protection with multi layers and extra gel layer on shin area, quick dry DriMax material lining.
Durable Synthetic leather shell make this shin guard very lightweight.
Perfect for competition and sparring.
Extended curved style instep for great foot protection and fit, held securely by elastic straps at the feet and two 2" wide synthetic leather straps at the calves.
Velcro closure for easy on-off.

I don't have much personal experience with shin guards, but I love these. They provide great protection and stay strapped on your legs well. My training partners at the gym also love when I wear these guards, because not only do they protect my shins very well, but they protect my partner's shins when they don't have guards (... or their guards aren't as high quality!).

Another thing: my Muay Thai coach, who himself has been training over 15 years, uses these Platinum GelTech shin guards and recommend them to me.

If you need a reference, I'm 5'8"/187lbs, and I got the large size; they do fit me very well.
