Innovation at its best

Uppercuts are something rarely practiced and this bag is FAR better than the traditional horizontal heavy bag that flops all over the place. I feel that people dont always train with the correct equipment and adding this one to the arsenal is essential to any serious striker to include boxers such as myself.

The cushioning is soft and NOT rockhard like many other bags that "other" companies sell. The green targets are extra padded for those well placed 100% power shots, but in case of a miss the black leather is padded as well. This is THE best uppercut bag on the market period. Nothing else comes close. You simply mount it to your wall and into your wall studs and its just that easy.

Everything on this bag is high quality, no cheap materials here, Again, lots of protection, two thumbs up.
